Your room pricing includes your resort accommodations for the selected room category and occupancy. Flights, personal expenses, and the hosted group experience package are separate.

Yes. Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa collects a $6 USD per person, per night tourism levy, which is charged directly by the resort. At check-in, the resort will also place a $200 USD authorization hold on your credit or debit card for incidental purchases. If no incidental charges are made during your stay, the hold will be released after checkout according to your financial institution's processing time.

No. Flights are not included and should be arranged separately by each traveler. You'll want to book flights into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) in St. Lucia. Based on current airline schedules, we expect flights for June 2027 to become available sometime in August 2026. Once flights are released, you're welcome to book on your own or request assistance through Catch B Travels.

A one-night room deposit is required to secure your reservation. After submitting your reservation form, you will receive an invoice outlining your payment schedule and instructions to authorize your deposit payment.

We highly encourage guests to join us for the full Destination Heyward experience! We have hosted activities planned throughout the trip, including our Welcome Beachside BBQ on Wednesday evening and our private sunset boat experience on Sunday. While shorter stays may be available based on resort availability, the full experience is June 23–28, 2027.

Yes. There will be a hosted group experience package that covers our planned Destination Heyward activities and special experiences throughout the week. This allows guests to prepay before the trip and enjoy the experience without needing to coordinate or pay for activities while in St. Lucia. Final pricing and payment details will be shared with confirmed guests once finalized.

Your remaining room balance will be divided into scheduled payments leading up to the trip, with final payment due in April 2027. Your invoice will include all payment due dates.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Your room is refundable if you cancel 45+ days before arrival. Cancellations 44–31 days incur a two-night penalty, and cancellations 30 days or lessbefore arrival are non-refundable.
